Order status

I called and the number is a recording stating to chat or email customer service. I cant speak with a live person. Terrible customer service. After 3 days I still dont have a tracking number and no response to multiple emails.

Uniforms

I ordered uniforms over a month ago was told I was going to get them by September 1 I have been trying to get in contact with a someone for about two weeks now I just want to make sure everything is on schedule and fine I went with you guys because I was told I would get them by September 1 xenith has been horrible to work with no one can even get back to me and answer my question and we spent a lot of money on these uniforms

Can’t talk to anyone

You cant even get a live person. It says to go online to do a live chat but theres no link to do a live chat. You can only send an email. Ive sent an email previously and I never received a response. Hopefully this time I actually get a response. My email said my item will be mailed on August 19th and its the 22nd and still no email in regards to my item being mailed out. Plus I cant get ahold of anyone to see when my item will be shipped. They need to make a live person available

The shipping address is wrong for my packages they are being shipped to 5720 Jackson Dr. #29 La Mesa CA 91941 but the address it needs to go to is 5780 Jackson Drive #29 La Mesa CA 91942

Equipment status

Nothing happened. You all gave absolutely no update. Our entire football season is I. Your hands and you offer no one to talk to and no updates. I have angry parents and an angry league. The lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. I need a real update from an actual person that cares. Xenith offers nothing, ridiculous. What are we going to do!

The product is good but the Customer service sucks, my son's helmet took almost two months to come in, they didn't provide a tracking number, there is nobody you can call and talk too when you have questions, and they respond to emails very slow

Delivery is a joke. 2 day expedited delivery was chosen and paid for by me. However, the still have a 7-10 day processing time. The processing time needs to be more productive for customers. You cannot wait 2-3 weeks for your products when you pay $80 for expedited delivery. Ridiculous!!!

Terrible Customer Service

Xenith was quick to bill me for two pair of shoulder pads and now has ghosted me for the last 7 days. I would like to know my order is in process (youve already took my money) and what the anticipated delivery date is. I would have assumed the pads were on stock. 5 emails - no response. Serval phone calls - no answer

No response to emails

Only replies Ive received from this company to my emails state that they will contact me within 24-48 hours. Still have not gotten an answer regarding any of my orders from them.
